How do I upload my weekly menu?

How can I change my menu settings (chef/manager name, café hours, etc.)?
– In MenuPlus, click on your unit/installation.
– On the right-hand side navigation bar, click “Installation Settings.”
– Update any contact names, hours, or display information.
– To change the café hours on the public-facing website, please contact your site administrator.
Why is my Menu Blast showing an error or not appearing?
If you see: “Please visit the Cafe Website for menu options” → There are likely two menus with the same name. Delete or reassign the duplicate.
If you see: “Please visit the Cafe Website for menu” → The menu has not been uploaded correctly or is missing. Please upload or re-upload it via the admin portal.
My Menu Blast shows a duplicate menu error, but I need to keep both. How can I change the date?
You cannot change the date directly, but you can copy the duplicate menu to a different week:
– Click on the duplicate menu, then Edit Week.
– Select Publish Week, check “This Unit’s Permanent Weeks,” then click Publish.
– Return to Weekly Menus, delete the duplicate, and click Create Week.
– Choose Copy Week, then Select Week.
– From the pop-up, select the permanent week and complete the copy.
How do I copy a previous weekly menu?
– Click on the desired week, then Edit Week.
– Click Publish Week, check “This Unit’s Permanent Weeks,” and click Publish.
– Return to Weekly Menus, delete any duplicate, and select Create Week.
– Choose Copy Week, then Select Week and pick the previously published week from the list.
How do I import a menu item in MenuPlus?
– In MenuPlus, click on the desired week.
– Click the plus sign (+) next to the day where you want to import an item.
– Click Import Item beside a listed item.
– Confirm “YES” in the pop-up window.
– Select a category, choose the item, and click Import Item.
You may also copy entire weeks using Create New Week > Copy Week.
I forgot my login credentials for the Portal, MenuPlus, or Web Administration. What should I do?
Please contact your system administrator or internal IT support to request a password reset.
