MenuPlus Web User Guide
This guide provides streamlined instructions for creating, editing, and publishing weekly menus using the MenuPlus platform.

1. Getting Started
- Log into your MenuPlus account (recommended browser: Firefox).
 - Select your unit/location from the dropdown.
 
2. Building a Weekly Menu
- From the Quick Links sidebar, click Weekly Menus.
 - To edit an existing menu, click Edit Week.
 - To create a new menu, click Create Week, choose the start date, and click Create Week again.
 - Expand each day (e.g., Monday) by clicking the + icon.
 - Expand each category and enter your menu item, health info, and allergens.
 - To preview your menu, click Week At A Glance.
 
3. Editing and Enhancing the Menu
- Drag and drop items between categories to reorganize.
 - Enter promotional text in the Promo Text field at the bottom of each day.
 - Click Spell Check to review the promo text and menu items.
 
4. Printing the Menu and Signage
- Click Print Week, choose your desired format, and print from the preview window.
 - To print daily production sheets or signage, click Print Day.
 - Under your desired sign type, click Edit & Print.
 - Click Get Health Info to include nutrition data. Adjust alignment (left, right, center) as needed.
 - Click Print in the preview window and close it when done.
 
5. Publishing and Sharing Menus
- Click Publish Week and choose one of the following options:
- Save to the unit’s permanent weeks list
 - Share with another unit you manage
 - Submit to the master list (for corporate review)
 - Save individual days to the unit’s permanent days list
 
 - To share a menu with another managed unit, click Send Week, select the unit, and confirm.
 
6. Exporting for Web Use
- Click Build HTML.
 - Ensure the correct page style is selected and click Build HTML again.
 - Right-click Download Zip File and choose Save Link As…
 - Save the file to your desktop as menuplus.zip.
 
7. Final Steps
- Close all browser windows.
 - If your unit has a café website, follow internal instructions for uploading the menuplus.zip file to the web platform.
